In-stock linens ship in approximately 1-4 days from our Miami store or directly by our vendor.
Custom linens ship in 3-8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. Many European manufacturers close in August, and orders placed before the summer cut-off date may take longer than 8 weeks to ship.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies:
Sample Program:. We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, and encourage them to order a swatch or sample prior to ordering. The cost of samples may be applied towards the order or refunded.
In-stock linens incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Our knowledgeable sales staff is always pleased to assist you with your purchase and answer any questions. We recommend taking advatage of our sample program if you are unsure about a collection.
Of course, if an item is initially defective, we will exchange it as quickly as possible and at no charge. We cannot be responsible for linens that have been laundered improperly (using harsh detergents, very hot dryer, overloading machine, etc).
Orders for Custom Linens may not be cancelled (24 hours after order placement), returned or exchanged.
Orders for products which are a Direct Import such as blankets, throws, dinnerware, crystal, flatware may not be cancelled after 24 hours, returned or exchanged.
We require a 50% deposit for all custom bedding, towels, table linens and direct imports. Orders for custom linens and direct imports under $500 are charged in full.
For reasons of sanitation, comforters and pillows may not be returned.
